How often to regas your air con

The AA says most manufacturers recommend a regas every 2 years. The gas escapes naturally over time, so the air con slowly loses its cooling.

Which gas your car uses

Most cars in the UK with air con use one of two gases, R134a or R1234yf. Which one depends on the car, and so does the cost of a regas. Tell us the make, model and registration and we'll quote for yours.

When a regas isn't enough

If the air con stops working again soon after a regas, or won't cool at all, there may be a leak or a faulty part in the system. We find the fault, tell you what it needs and what it will cost, and repair it once you've said yes.

Our guarantee

Our labour is guaranteed for 12 months. Parts carry the manufacturer's own warranty, which varies from part to part.
