How we use the details you send us.
Who we are
This website belongs to M H Auto Services Ltd, trading as MH Auto Services, registered in England, company number 06027448, registered office 3 Sinclair Court, Bletchley, Milton Keynes MK1 1RB. Contact us about anything on this page at mhautoservices@aol.com or on 01908 371693.
What we collect and why
When you use the quote form, we receive the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details, the work you need, your preferred date, any notes and any photo you add. If you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you send. We use these details only to reply to you, quote for the work and carry it out. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and then performing that contract.
Where your details are kept
Form submissions are stored by Netlify, which hosts this website, and emailed to us. WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta). We don't sell or share your details with anyone else, and we don't add you to a mailing list.
How long we keep them
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and delete old form submissions regularly. Records of work we carry out on your vehicle are kept for as long as we need them for our accounts and for your service history.
Cookies and tracking
This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. The map on our contact pages is from Google Maps and only loads if you tap "Show the map". Google may then set its own cookies, under Google's privacy policy.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them. Contact us using the details above. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
